When you request a quote or contact us, the form may collect your name, phone number, email address, postal code or neighbourhood, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, service frequency, preferred date, requested add-ons, notes and optional photos. The website processes your IP address briefly to apply its request rate limit. If you allow analytics cookies, Google Analytics may collect cookie/device and site-use information. WhatsApp processes information if you choose to contact us through that service.

Please do not include sensitive information in notes or photos unless it is necessary to prepare your cleaning quote.

Why we use it and consent

We use quote details to respond to your request, discuss and schedule services you ask for, and provide those services if booked. Optional analytics helps us understand site use only after you accept analytics. The quote form’s required unchecked checkbox records your permission to use the details to respond. A separate optional, unchecked checkbox asks for express consent to send occasional offers and cleaning tips. You can request that we stop using information where consent is the basis, subject to legal and service-record requirements. Ask a lawyer to confirm the consent wording and retention process.

Service providers and processing outside Canada

Website hosting is provided through Vercel. Quote emails are delivered through Resend. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics is used. If you click a WhatsApp link, you choose to communicate through WhatsApp/Meta and its terms and privacy practices apply. These providers may process or store information outside Canada, including in the United States, depending on their services, account settings and infrastructure. Confirm current locations and settings with each provider before launch.

Cookies and analytics

Essential browser storage remembers whether you accept or decline optional analytics. Google Analytics is not loaded unless you accept. If accepted, analytics cookies and related signals may be used to measure visits; ad-personalization and advertising storage remain denied, and IP anonymization is enabled in the site configuration. Retention and safeguards

Unbooked quote request details are proposed to be retained for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted unless a legal obligation or unresolved service matter requires longer. This is an editable proposed period, not an established business policy. Records for booked work need a separate retention period confirmed by the owner. Access should be limited to people who need the information to respond and manage the service. Hosting, email delivery and access controls provide technical safeguards, but the business must confirm operational security and deletion practices.
